"I had never used this pharmacy before (or any Walmart pharmacy.) The professional and helpful service I received, at the Highlands Blvd location, in order to locate and/or substitute product (due to seemingly non-existent drug supply for prescription refill) was outstanding. This time I was at the front of the line...next time I might be at the back and have to wait longer; the care when standing in front of the pharmacy tech was pleasant and solution based."

"My physician called in a prescription at least three hours before I came for pickup. I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-through lane, only to be told that they still had to check their voicemail. I was then told that they can’t fill my prescription and I had to wait for an additional 30 minutes. I drove back 30 minutes later and am still waiting. The staff weren’t even apologetic and never tried to make it easier. They are probably overworked/understaffed, but I still think they have many opportunities to make this better. I do not think I will come back again"
