"I have been a resident at this property for some years now and everything was great when I first moved in. The staff has rotated many times since I moved in and each worst than the last. The new people are quite iffy, and one rolled her eyes and completely ignored me when I walked into the office to get help with an issue. Safe to say I will not be renewing my lease anymore here."
"Horrible move in experience and I would give it no stars if I could. My apartment had many issues when I moved in and still has many issues that have been ignored my staff. The day I moved in I did not have hot water, my tub would not drain, and leaves and dirt get into my unit from the backdoor because the bottom is not sealed. The backdoor also does not shut properly and always looks open. The front door has damage to it and does not properly lock or unlock which is very DANGEROUS!! My key gets stuck every single day and this is a safety issue! My bedrooms and bathroom doors do not close and my windows barely open because they are stuck. The new stove is impossible to use. It gives off a horrible gas smell that one of the office staff told me "wasn't that bad". It's bad to me and makes my head hurt. I have not been able to cook the whole two weeks I have been here. After I explained how I should not have to pay all of the rent due to horrible move in conditions the office staff tried to blame me for not answering my phone while I was at work as the reason why my experience has been so terrible. I have called, texted, and created many maintenance requests that I should not have had to do. The office also would not take some of my calls so I went into the office multiple times to make sure things get done and they still have not be fixed properly. My tub drains and I have hot water now thankfully but emergency maintenance was sent out after multiple complaints the first 3 days I lived here. Nothing else has been done at all to improve my unit. I have only been here for barely two weeks and this is the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. I never would have moved here if I would have known I would be moved into a unit with so many problems and a unhelpful office staff who does not want to take responsibility. Not to mention, a person who works with the rent portion of things texted me about owing a fee, yet nothing was getting fixed in my apartment and other fees they were supposed to credit me for and explain were not even referenced. I had to ask about it myself and she had no idea what I was talking about. The audacity! This is horrible management and no one should move here!!!"
"I would give zero stars if I could! My stay here has been much much less than satisfactory and we have had multiple half done or just looked over work orders not completed. Many attempts at contacting the staff to only receive very snarky communication when we do get through to the staff. We have had multiple wrong charges for things we had already paid for. And gaslighting from an office staff that’s “always there” but also always emailing us to let us know they will not be there. New management sure but it seems they have the same attitude problems and lack of concern as the old management. We have had animal infestation that went on for weeks before being addressed and there’s so many more problems than this but I suggest for peace of mind and well being do not deal with these people in any capacity if you can help it. They continuously misquote and fail to quote the lease you sign as well as speak to you as if you’ve never read it yourself. It’d be funny if it wasn’t so pitiful."
"I lived in 2 units with them Trilogy then Renew; 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom. My disabled parents also lived here. I would NOT recommend anyone live here for the following reasons: • Mold due to no exhaust fans in restroom • Poor insulation • Old low quality single pane windows •Mice, Mice, Mice • Unqualified maintenance (they left our furnace on with a gas leak. Had we not called the fire department, we could have died) • Endless drainage issues • Old plaster walls that are peeling • My disabled parents had a squarrel get into their apartment. • The new manager told us that it was a waste of time to move us into a new unit because we would have all the same issues. • Our new vehicle was stolen from right in front of our door. • The trash containers are often overflowing. The entire complex should be demolished like the units on Delmar to make room for livable homes. They should be ashamed to signed people up to live here! I lived on 700 block of West Canterbury & 8600 block of Kingsbridge Drive. Do NOT live here!!!!!"
"Unfortunately, I had a very unprofessional experience with this leading team. After touring their apartments in November, I was shown an apartment available in January that has a great deal. I was initially looking to move in December but was convinced to wait til January when this deal opened up. After applying (and paying the admin fee and application fee) I was told the deal was not eligible unless I paid in December. No harm, whatever. I receive a document detailing the move in date but no other info. Fast forward to the end of December, I am trying to reach out over email for confirmation and more info. I am finally contacted a week before my expected move in date and am told the unit I applied for and paid the application fee for was given to someone else. They are now requesting I pay the application fee AND admin fee again for a different available unit. Dustin, the leasing agent, stated he forgot to tell me they only hold units for 30 days after the application is submitted AFTER suggesting I apply for a unit in January. Completely unprofessional leasing team and ridiculous business practices. I was more than willing to take another unit but requesting an additional $300 just to apply again after their mistake is unbelievable."
