"Yesterday was our second experience with Bungii, and we couldn’t say enough great things!!! When I lived in KC, I had Bungii deliver locally a few times and they were always great!!! Last year, I bought some furniture at an auction in KC for my mom. We don’t have a truck, but we were afraid getting it to Topeka might be a problem. It turns out Bungii doesn’t pick up loads in Topeka but will deliver from KC-150 miles outside of KC! Mateo was our delivery specialist last year. He took great care of our items and unloaded everything carefully, and was really great about making sure we’d be able to get it inside. We loved him! This weekend, I bought a fridge for the garage at an auction and I knew I wanted to use Bungii again. Carlos was our delivery specialist this time, and he was incredibly awesome!!!! He picked up the fridge right on time in KC drove it all the way to Topeka. He secured it with several tie-downs and it arrived without a scratch!!! He had such a great attitude, a great smile, and was so kind to my mom and I. A real professional with a personality-we love to see it!!! I’m telling everyone I know to use Bungii and be amazed at their level of professionalism and friendliness!!!! They’re so great at what they do!!! Also, you have the option to tip on the app after your delivery, or you can tip in cash. I think it’s nice to give them cash so they can go grab a snack or fill up their truck, but either way-make sure to tip your driver!!! Kindness goes a long way these days!! "If I could give this service 10 stars I would. At 8:30 am I downloaded the app, at 8:45 am my Bungii driver was here, and at 9:00 am this is what my hallway now looks like. Peter, my moving angel, moved three huge rugs, two clothing racks, a set of kitchen chairs and two saddle stools. All on their way to the Salvation Army for someone else to use and love!! Having just moved to KS this was quick and painless! And just 30 bucks with a coupon code. If I waited for SA to come pick up it would have been two weeks.
