"May 2016, I attended my niece's recital. Ordered the show's dvd with cash under my father's name as the dvd wouldn't be ready for 6-8 weeks. Same time frame as my 2nd child's birth. Set it up that he could check on and collect my order when it became available as the Valley Dance Co. would not call anyone when they came in. Fast forward to next spring when everyone was getting excited over that years recital... My father had not collected my order. Valley Dance informed me that unless I could produce my receipt (that I gave to my father and has since been lost) I would have to pay ANOTHER $20.00 to get my dvd. They did not understand why I did not come in to check on my order when it came in or understand why I tried to set it up for my father to pick it up. I guess being in the hospital and adjusting to a new member of the family is not a good enough reason. So they pocketed my money and gave me attitude. This business committed fraud and effectively got away with it because they wouldn't accept a bank card payment, just cash. Avoid this place, not sure what else may be shady with them."
