Essex Elementary School, located at 111 Forbes Street in Essex, Iowa, United States, is a primary school dedicated to providing a quality education to its students. Recently, NHS members had the opportunity to tour the Governor's Mansion and the Capitol in Des Moines, where they were treated to a special choral performance under the dome. The acoustics were amazing, and walking the rotunda was a highlight of the trip.

Last week, the Essex FFA Chapter celebrated National FFA Week with various themed days, including dressing like a farmer, driving tractors to school, wearing hats for a fundraiser, and showing FFA pride by wearing blue and gold. The Chapter also sponsored a Farmer Appreciation Breakfast.

Essex High School students recently competed in an individual speech contest, with Ashon Kline advancing to the state competition with his entry. Congratulations to all the students who made Honor Roll for the first semester, showcasing their hard work and dedication.
