"Tom was absolutely wonderful. I caught a speeding ticket about 2 am from a state trooper one night on my way home to my family. This ticket was drug out for 8 months. 8 months because the trooper never showed up for court and the state refused to amend the citation. I was able to get in touch with Tom and he not only got the citation amended but also saved my CDL in the process. Extremely reasonable fella. Would recommend him to anyone in the Marshall area!"
"Thomas was the only attorney in the area that worked around my budget! Rates were More than reasonable and the case went as normal and smooth. I honestly don’t understand all of these bad reviews I would absolutely hire him again if I needed too!"
"This is a horrible attorney I used Mr. Bolling’s services for a speeding ticket and paraphernalia possession charge (cigars and a broken 3$ scale) Mr. Bolling took the first plea from the prosecuting attorneys office he was provided. Mr. Bolling did not attempt to have the charges amended nor did he even request to review the discovery documents, I was charged with a class A misdemeanor and was ordered to serve 2 days in jail in a county I had never been in before and these two misdemeanor charges are on my criminal record. Seeing that I was stopped by a state trooper while coming home from college these charges were in circuit court instead of municipal so they weigh more heavily on your background. Mr.Bolling provided inadequate representation he is more suited for a public defender position rather than a highly paid defense council member. I support this statement with the fact that he treated my case as if he had a heavy case load and basically accepted whatever the first offer that was presented. I feel that Mr. Bolling does not have any empathy for his clients his office staff is also very short with clients and typically are rude and not very courteous on the phone. Along with Mr. Bolling taking my money and accepting the worse offer possible unlike many other attorneys I know he insisted on charging me an additional outrageous price to have this charge expunged off my record, (a motion that any average individual can complete and have filed themselves for 250$ after 3 years from the disposition date) I almost feel as though Mr. Bolling accepted that guilty plea agreement so that I would feel obligated to hire him for the expungement process. I reviewed other docket entries from that same day and I saw two other cases that were reviewed by the same judge and prosecutor and they were dismissed those two individuals were also Caucasian which may have had some bearing in those decisions. Long story short I would not recommend his council, his staff, nor any of his services to anyone of my peers, friends, family members, or associates. There are plenty of other attorneys that are younger and more willing to actually take the time to investigate your case and ensure you as a client get the best services as possible, Mr. Bolling is not one of them. I would not recommend 0 out of 10. Also going through the reviews and seeing the ethnicity of the individuals that are satisfied with Mr.Bollings services versus the ethnicity of the ones that are not as an individual you can see a clear pattern that typically it minorities that are dissatisfied with Mr.Bollings representation. Not saying that the clients race plays a part in the efforts that Mr. Bolling applies to his clients cases I’m just stating a fact that the clients that are generally dissatisfied are minorities."
"Excellent attorney! Mr. Bolling went above and beyond as my defense attorney and I can't thank him enough.. I recommend Thomas Bolling to anyone in need of his services; without a doubt he is the best attorney in the Marshall area. If it were possible to give him more than five stars I would definitely do just that. I would also like to give a big thanks to Mr. Bollings Paralegal and administrative assistant for there hard work and the courtesy they have provided me."
