"Landon was awesome, however after the presentation we personally knew this was something we decided not to do it, and we told him, that’s when the management came out with high pressure tactics and the final one, Manny was disrespectful, rude and arrogant. We were there over 3 hours, after the aggressive behavior Manny showed us and his rudeness as a woman I felt extremely uncomfortable with his behavior so we just left. I guess Manny kept our gift, but nothing is worth being treated that way."

"Came here on a 3 night trip that was gifted to us by some friends. They say it's not a time share, but it is, only you have points you can use to book anywhere instead of a strict set of locations and times, like a normal timeshare, and the rates are very good. But you have to pay a large amount upfront or, you can finance, and also pay a monthly maintenance fee of $70+ per month. We didn't sign up, but if you have the money to do it, it might be ok if you have that initial capital to put down. We did get a $30 dinner voucher, a 3 night hotel stay, and 2 tickets to an area show. We enjoyed the package, and the people were nice, but once we said no to the package, it was like we were ushered out the back door quickly."

"Someone called me and offered me 3 nights in a hotel and free show tickets for $100 if we'd attend a timeshare presentation. After I bought it, I read some reviews and got super nervous! Really, it wasn't that bad. The presentation was a little over 2 hours but that's partly because my husband is really chatty. We're in our 20s and told the guy at the beginning that we couldn't afford to buy anything at the moment and he was really cool with us. He would tell us that he has to say certain things and still has to show us the resort but did not pressure us at all. We were expecting it to be high pressure sales and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was pretty nice too. They put us in the Lodge of the Ozarks and while it was no Marriott, it was clean, comfortable and well kept. I felt like the deal was worth it. Of course having to attend a presentation was annoying but for about $400 worth of free stuff, it was worth it."
