"Just don’t waste your time. Management doesn’t care about any of the problems in the houses. Sink is still broken after multiple months. Heat and air cost way more cause the windows aren’t done right and they don’t block the noise of the gun shots at night…. The dog park is a nice touch though!"

"They have 2 security cameras in the 5x5 gym area that maybe 20 people use a day. They have NONE looking at any of the parking lots here. My cars been sideswiped 3 different times only for them to tell me sorry for the problem. They get 1300 in rent and only have one washer and dryer for 8 units(15+ people). The least they could do would be to have a camera looking at the cars on all of the buildings. I would give 0 stars if I could! Don't spend the money here folks, you'll regret it and be locked into a 14 month lease when the desk tells you they only do 12 month leases............. I can't respond to your message below but let me make it very clear to the people reading this looking for Apartments... They never said anything about the washers and dryers being inaccurate... Also with taxes and fees rent was over 1k... They might need cameras, ask around about the gun shoots at night(Real Thing, look up the police reports in the area around Home Depot). Last Would be move out where they take every penny. They use the term SATISFACTORY meaning what every they want it to be. Trust me when I say my place was not clean, but the oven and fridge were in great condition and I was charged 75$ a Piece. I would find it hard to tell anyone to live here......"

"I lived here for about two years. Management is very good and so is maintenance. This complex is very well maintained. Also Dana and Lisa are very nice. I wish I could have stayed there, but had to move for work reason. If you are looking for an apartment, I would highly consider moving here. Plus they are very fair on what they take out of the security deposit when you move out. Thank you Covington for the some great memories I made while living here."

"This place definitely isn’t the greatest but it isn’t the absolute worst. We were told all apartments were “newly renovated” and I don’t know what that means to Covington, but our unit is definitely not newly renovated. The floors are warped and messed up in every room, air vents are absolutely filthy (and yes we’ve said something about it twice), doors to rooms and closet doors are all half broken/don’t work well, the shower is so old and has a coating that causes nothing to stick to it not to mention the shelves in the shower are *barely* wide enough to set anything on, water pressure is trash, stove and dishwasher are more than 5 years old, and the walls are this horrible tan color with a shoe kick at the bottom that’s not even painted. There’s also a no longer functioning alarm system in our unit that they say “can’t be removed but it sometimes makes noise, just ignore it”. There’s an emergency button connected to a cord that sticks out of my wall, extremely inconvenient. There’s no security that patrols or any cameras anywhere. My roommate’s car was stolen out of the parking lot and they said/did nothing when we told them. One of the front office ladies, Dana (who my roommate spoke to about her car being stolen), is pretty rude every time she speaks to us and always seems bothered/annoyed. She also told us our apartment would look almost exactly like their model unit when we toured and our unit looks NOTHING like the model. Our AC wasn’t working properly (ran constantly unless I manually shut it off while never dropping below 72) and ran our electric bill to over $130 and took them 3 times of us having them come look at it to figure out what’s wrong. We currently have window units (which are working better than the central air did) which is fine, but when I called to see when the AC was getting replaced (4 days after they figured out why it wasn’t working), I was told they hadn’t even ordered a new unit yet and I would “receive a call” when they did. The windows in our unit have no locks on them (absolutely insane to me????) so we’re buying window jams because that isn’t super safe. Our storage unit still has a padlock on it from previous tenants as well as their name still on the unit. Bugs are a big issue in the main halls and laundry room. The three stars are coming from the maintenance people because they are super quick to come out and always very nice, Lisa is always wonderful to talk to, the amenities and outside areas are well-kept and clean, location, neighbors have been nothing but friendly, and price. We only pay $971 for a two bedroom which isn’t bad nowadays!! The bottom line: you guys need to ACTUALLY renovate the apartments and give Dana an attitude check because it’s extremely difficult to be polite to her while she speaks to us like we’re the biggest inconvenience in the world. Overall, living here isn’t too bad but it definitely doesn’t look like it does online or in the model unit."

"Update to Review: I am not sure why this says only posted a month ago as I'm sure I wrote this review longer ago than that. I have almost been here 1 year now and I have nothing but good things to say! Changing my rating to 5 stars. Maintenance tickets are resolved within hours, it's peaceful, neighbors are nice, and we even see the occasional officier parked in the complex for safety. While I myself don't use the amenities often, I do quite often see people enjoying the pool, gym, and dog park! Those facilities all seem clean and well cared for. For transparency I am leaving my old review down here -- Old Review: Things have been quiet, well maintained, and relativity spacious for being one person. Price is a bit high for single person but aside from that it's great!"
