"I've lived here for 9 months now, and although I appreciate management trying to make an effort to make this a clean community for everyone and the place on the interior and parking lot is very nice, they are doing a terrible job throwing blanket statement on pet owners when it comes to the dog poop problem this place has with owners not cleaning up their dogs poop. Throwing blanket statements on all pet owners who don't have dogs or pets that don't even go outside. I have two cats they never leave the house at all. What they need to do is take all the dog owners files and hold them accountable separately and leave the people with cats out of this conversation. I'm not going to be held responsible for other people's dogs. Call me a dog hater, I don't care, but I can not stress this enough that the management here needs to actually do their jobs better and be more diligent rather than just blame everyone for a few bad apples. If you have dogs, look for somewhere else to live where your pet will be appreciated. Just because they're allowing pets, doesn't mean they're pet friendly."

"I have lived here for 7 months now, and I love it! I live in a one bedroom on the top floor. The apartment itself is beautiful and very spacious. It has an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, and it really makes the main living area look huge. The floors, counters, and cabinets are gorgeous. The bedroom is also huge with a walk in closet. There is tons of storage space throughout the entire unit. The complex is very clean and quiet. There is ample parking, and it’s close to the building. I haven’t really needed maintenance for much, but when I have, they come right over. I also haven’t needed much assistance from the leasing office, but when I have called or emailed them, they responded quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I really enjoy living here!"

"They offered us an apartment that was supposed to be move-in ready, but it was far from it. The place was unpainted, unfinished, and even flooded with sewage right after we signed the lease. Due to these severe issues, they allowed us to break our lease. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on our terrible experience."

"TERRRRIBLE management!! We booked a tour because it looked nice, I took off work to tour this place. Upon arriving, the girl there was rude and seemed incredibly uninterested in the convo, didnt ask our names, didn’t introduce herself, barely said hi. And then proceeds to tell us that the last apartment they had available had their application approved! THEY COULD HAVE CALLED TO LET US KNOW!!! We drove 30 minutes to see this place!! Incredibly unprofessional, feels like we dodged a bullet."

"I have lived here for a couple of months now and I can honestly say I'm impressed. There's a conscious effort to keep the environment neat even with the few construction works still going on, my building is quiet(important to me who works from home and study intermittently), I've had few reasons to call maintenance and they were here in good time and resolved issues, staff are friendly and warm, car park has ample space all around, I could go on and on. I hope the good efforts are sustained."
