"Jonathan Zerr was appointed to represent my sister-in-law as a repondent in a guardianship case. The petitioner is no relation to our family. She told him that she did not want this person to be in her business because she don't handle her own. My sister in law had already put her care plan in place and because it was not what this none family member wanted She petitioned the court for guardianship. Zerr conspired with the other lawyer, did not follow the recommendation of the doctor to allow her family to continue to care for her. The non family member was granted guardianship and thirty days later have not contacted her nor come to see about her. He only called 1 witness where as the petitioner side had 4 who lied under oath.
