"This is literally the worst bank ever. I have never had an account here but my husband and my stepson have. Every time we go in it’s always a hassle. Without going into to much personal detail it seem if there is an issue no one ever has an answer. They seem nice enough but they don’t want to fix the problem. Customer service there is literally the worst. So really they just hijack YOUR money and never intend on you getting it back."

"Worst banking experience, I've been with them for 3 years. Everything constantly stops working(epically there atm machines) they always act like it's your fault there stuff is broken and I've been late on bills multiple times because they refuse to help me if it's getting close to closing time even when it has nothing to do with me that there stuff don't work. They do not contact there customers when they are about to upgrade or change things in the system, I've tried multiple times to be nice, but over half of them really don't even know what they are talking about. I highly suggest you bank somewhere else. I wish there was a negative amount of starts i could give them."
