"We moved here over 2 months ago and are very happy here. These are very quiet apartments, very little traffic or noise. Even though they're very near main roads and shopping. The apartments have all been remodeled & updated, totally inside and out, and are very nice & clean. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of storage for your stuff. Big closets and rooms. There is assigned parking for tenants & ample parking for guests. The manager goes out of her way to be helpful. There's plenty of grass outdoors, BBQ pits, tables, and paths. Trash collection is prompt and clean. There is also a clean laundromat on site. Pets allowed and other tenants all very friendly and quiet. I am so glad we chose Brookmount Apartments for our home! We like it here, so will you!"

"Nice staff in the leasing office, but asking price for what they offer is RIDICULOUS. No dishwasher, very old units being "renovated" (repainted and upgraded appliances), and cramped spaces. Don't rent here."

"Ever since the new owners took over they started fixing things that didnt need to be fixed. The laundary room still has black mold and the washer and driers are all not working yet. They are fixing up the units to make them look nice, but those improvements do not make a $1,300 monthly payment worth it."

"I have lived here for just over 2 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! We are now under new management and they are making some amazing renovations! Our on site manager is incredibly sweet and super helpful, which I think is one of the best assets personally; but they are also completely redoing the apartments!!! They are putting in permanent grills and patio areas for the complex to use, updating the roofs, the windows, lighting and the sliding doors!! They've also given the outside of the buildings a face-lift, with fresh paint and power washing! I'm not sure what else they have planned for this quiet, peaceful and beautiful complex but I can not wait to see it! From a very satisfied and content resident (with NO PLANS TO MOVE!) if you're looking for quiet, laid back, peaceful place to rent in St Peters come join us!"
