"We were the first tenants in our unit and lived here for 4 years. It went from B2 to Propper during our time. During B2s management, our neighbor had a dog consistently barking all day and night. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I had to call animal control on them. Those tenants shortly moved after and the noise issue was only then resolved. After that, it was quiet although the units facing the shopping area can get loud in the very early morning when dumpster trucks come 3x a week, so if you are a light sleeper, you’ll get woken up at 6-7am. You can hear footsteps from the tenants above you, but it’s very mild compared to other units I’ve rented. All appliances were brand new and remained in working order the entire time we were here. Units are well insulated and the HVAC system was great. Maintenance came quickly and fixed very minor issues throughout the years. Very limited interactions with leasing staff, so I can’t review them. We only left due to the rent increase and couldn’t justify staying in a 1b1ba w/den for 1664/mo. If rent remained the same, we would have signed another 2 year lease. Location is great with quick access to 141 and shopping/food nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future if rent costs ever go down in this economy."

"I stayed at the property while visiting my father who resides on the property. The amenities was excellent (pool, fitness center, lobby area very busy with residents playing games, office staff and maintenance staff helpful and friendly) the two bedroom apartment I stayed at was furnished with wifi and TVs. Wonderful experience"

"This past Friday in St. Louis, the temperatures dropped below 0. My octogenarian mother lives in these luxury apartments. While it is a beautiful place, their electricity went out Friday around 9am (temps 2 degrees). Staff was given the day off due to the weather. They have an answering service for emergencies which offered little in the way of news. An email was sent to residents when the power came back on around 6:30pm with no explanation to what caused it. One maintenance person had said that all the heat was running at one time and it blew all the circuit breakers . Does this make any sense? What specs don’t include the heat or a/c running at one time? And isn’t it common courtesy to provide an explanation? Renters beware."

"I lived here over 2 years and loved it more and more every single day. It's a very involved community. Great for young couples looking for a first apartment. It's on the high side but worth every penny. The staff were always there for help and are some of the best people you could ever come in contact with! I was very happy with my decision to live here and I'm sure anyone else would!"
