"Need to stop letting the train sound and red lights go off at night for hours with no train . disturbing the peace and I don't know who to contact to see what's going on wth that cause that's ridiculous. Traffic don't know whether to go or not because all they hear and see is the red lights and that ding noise but NO TRAIN this goes on for 5-8hrs like somebody left it on after shift change or something"
