"Nice community. Very quiet. Town and country is a great neighborhood to live in. I have to echo the reviews of others and say new management does not have the excellent customer service skills that previous management did. They rushed my final walkthrough and did not inform me of everything I would be charged for beforehand so that my final bill wouldn’t have any surprise charges on it that weren’t already discussed. However, the biggest downside to staying here for me was the weak reinforcement of dogs being on leashes. I didn’t appreciate seeing a German Shepard running outside the complex without a leash on when I was trying to go for a walk or take out the trash. Not everyone feels safe around big dogs."
