"The customer service is bad. It's easy to see that there is a lack of communication in the office. I didn't appreciate that they contacted me after my accident, and said someone I knew referred me. But, I hadn't told any of my friends and family. I was told this was to start treatment for my pain. It wasn't until I was signing forms that I learned this was a representative for the law firm. I gave them a chance, but ended up firing them. I'd give zero stars if I could."
