"I have prepaid legal through MetLife, I called Belvins & Pietz to see if they can tell me how much my husband and I would have to come out of pocket for filling fees and ECT for an uncontested adoption. The receptionist transferred me to Jim Pietz. I told him what it is that I wanted to do and gave him my information from MetLife, and he tell me “It doesn't work, your social is incorrect call back with membership #”. Why is it that everyone else has been able to pull me up with case number and last 4 of my social? Either it was a user malfunction, or he just did not want to assist with the filing or maybe just maybe it was a system glitch. Whichever one it was, I would have been fine with if he had other task on hand and just simply said I can't handle this right now get someone else to do it! Instead, He got all huffy and puffy chested when I told him I got a new case number which MetLife told me to give to him. Moral of my review is that he is rude! I gave two stars because the receptionist was sweet at least. Use at your own risk!"
