"A few years back I was talking to a friend of mine and said I was going to need a pit bull in the courtroom for a definite Motion for Contempt of court but ended up having to do a whole new case of modification. Which really sucked. The friend recommended Kristen Buzzelli he knew her work and said she is one of the best. Kristen walked me through every process and was very attentive to my questions. Walked me through why we had to file the motion because of the other party. Which cost me more money and I was already trying to collect on a child support order so obviously money was tight and the principle of it along with that. Why I mentioned that is because Kristen and her staff assisted me with making sure I was able to get on a payment plan and worked with me at times when things were tight so I was very appreciative of that. So my case happened when Covid happened so a lot of court rooms weren’t really available at the time so my case took a while to even get on the docket. But Kristen was very attentive letting me know what was going on with my case and how it was coming along and things like that. Although the turn out wasn’t what I wanted expected nor thought would happen but at least there’s been some resolved issues. Some of those things were definitely out of Kristen‘s hands due to the state of Missouri‘s laws and things to that nature but as an attorney her performance in the courtroom was highly highly pitbull rate she was professional and aggressive all at the same time which is exactly what I needed in an attorney. Although I didn’t like the outcome that’s not Kristen‘s fault nor mine her walking me through the process was very helpful the times I was scared or overwhelmed she walked me through the process her staff was amazing to my needs and concerns. I am sure I will probably need her again in the future. The only reason I did give a four out of five is sometimes email correspondence with take a little while but I realize that she is busy and that she was probably attempting to get all the information that she could before corresponding back with me."
