"I was a part of a class action lawsuit against my company about a year ago. every few months I would reach out for an update on my case in that time I was only replied to once. the past month as I neared 1 year from first filing, I made a point to try and communicate with protzman law to get an update since it was a year out. I tried both emailing and calling each were never returned. so, I googled and found that my case had been terminated by a judge 7 months ago. I had to find that out through google and not the law firm I had hired for my case. I have not been impressed by this firm's communication and would recommend finding a different law firm that will actually take you seriously."
