"My experience with Rebecca Randle was absolutely terrible. My husband and I met with Rebecca to see if we had a case. Rebecca assured us that we had a case and to come back in a few days to sign the contract. She scheduled a time for the contract signing, I took a day off work, only to find out the contract was not ready. Rebecca assured us the contract would be sent via email and we would receive it the next day. That day came and went...no contract. I tried to call Rebecca NUMEROUS time but she never returned my call. I left message after message, my husband also called but Rebecca never called back. One day I called and Rebecca actually answered the phone. She stated she had been busy but would email the contract right after we hung up...she never did. Horrible, horrible experience.
