"I went through the drive through to deposit money and the teller was very sweet and noticed I was eligible for a better account and explained that she could have someone help me if I had a few minutes. I went in and Brock helped me set up a new checking and savings account. He explained everything very well and was very efficient since I was doing this on my lunch break. Today, he noticed that I was charged twice on some purchases in my old account when he went to close it and promptly called me to tell me he would take care of it. I highly recommend him for any new accounts coming in."

"Great Bank if you like long holds, horrible customer support and the real shiny star is the new online banking system they just added. The old system had a secret word to log into it and if you needed to open up let's say a PayPal account, an eBay store, a quick books account you are asked for the secret word before you can add your bank info. I called customer support for help. Was on hold for 15 minutes the first time, transferred to another department and put on hold again. While I was on hold I thought I would try chat support. so now it's a race to see who will help first. Chat responded after about a10 minute wait to tell me they couldn't help me and gave me the phone number I was already on hold with.. then after someone finally picked up the phone I was told "yeah,.. unfortunately you will just have to wait until ebay, etsy, quick books, and all the other systems change their systems! Opened the account Monday, closing it Saturday."
