"Extremely nice apartment, and management is terrific. I love living here. I am disabled, and the management here works very hard to fix things in a timely manner if something is not working properly. It is rare when things go wrong, but they "get me!" Can't say enough about how much I love living at Rockwood Springs."
"So far it has been lovely! Very spacious with thick walls to not disturb neighbors or vise versa :) Only issue was our unit was a bit gross upon move-in, especially the kitchen. Nothing a little elbow grease won’t fix!"
"Edit: Already have called and got a “nothing we can do” response. If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst apartments to live in for the area and price you pay. The walls are so thin you hear your neighbors TV. They will take 4+ months to fix something is simple as a kitchen light. After just 1 yr, rent was raised almost $200 (Excluding the other $100 for short term rent which I get). Not to mention my last month went up another $150ish Management obviously doesn’t care about problems you have and force you to pay for things that they’re not providing. I’ve lived in multiple different apartments and have NEVER had any of this happen before. The list of issues goes on with this place and they’re too money greedy to care whether or not residents are having a positive experience. Avoid it if possible."
