"I’m responsible for the care of my in-laws. Shepherd Elder Law Group was instrumental in first setting up VA Benefits which provided us the ability to bring in Home Care. (I found this amazing after the VA told me we were ineligible.) The VA started providing monthly payments and to my astonishment Shepherd Law Group informed me that we can receive more and filed again and increased the monthly amount!!! After a few years, we eventually had to move my in-laws to a nursing home. "Recently worked with the Shepherd Elder Law Group to redo and prepare details for my estate planning portfolio. My goal was to establish a guideline for how I wanted things to move forward with my passing, set in place the people to facilitate my goals, and to preserve as much of the estate as possible.
