"I have waited 2 years to post this, but still believe it’s needed. Mr. Cowherd was always polite and professional. We attended an all day meditation. He was out of the room for long periods of time. At the end of the day, I was asked to relinquish a substantial asset. I then found out it was Cowherd who offered that. I’m his client. I also asked for my attorney fees to be paid by the other party, to which they agreed. I asked Cowherd, who was sitting right next to me, how much he needed to finish this lawsuit. He told me. But, when the suit was finished, he said I owed him $2000?? I argued with him about it but just paid it to be finished with him. My whole take on that day was that he just wanted the day to be over, even at my expense. I believe he also wanted to keep the others attorneys happy too. Good old boys club mentality. The office staff was always helpful and prompt. I always appreciated their knowledge and help."
