"1 star, because usually there are no lines at the pharmacy. Otherwise find a different place. Nobody ever answers the phone, not even when my doctor tries to talk to them. The pharmacist is condescending and so are most of the techs I talked to."

"We have only lived in this city for three months, but the pharmacist recognizes my husband when he walks in. Not only does he recognize him, but he knows that the medication is for our son, which of his medications we are there to pick up, and whether it is in or not. He knows and communicates all of this without ever touching a computer. He just knows on sight. That would be remarkable for a small town pharmacy, but for such a busy chain location in a major city this level of customer care and service is unheard of. We appreciate the pharmacists at the CVS Delmar location. They care about their patients and customers and it shows!"

"I have always had great experiences at this CVS and have not had any issues until last week with a pharmacy employee named Haytham who communicates extremely aggressively and speaks over anyone (especially females) trying to ask questions about obtaining their medication. Refused to inform myself on the phone that while insurance couldn’t cover one of my medications, it was only $18 out of pocket. Hung up on me after continuing to repeat himself louder and louder despite my only question being if he needed any more information to complete my order. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this store while he works there. I would love to come back if that changes as every other employee is extremely pleasant and helpful."

"This store consistently has not met my expectations. There have been many delays on my medication, medication that I need to take every day. Also, it just feels as though the staff is very bothered whenever I call them. I have had them hang up on me very abruptly and even when I am able to reach them they are not clear or helpful. I'm currently looking for any other pharmacy in the area because this one is terrible."

"The pharmacy staff at this store is always pleasant but I gotta say, walking into this 3 year old store, you’d think it’s been there for years. It’s FILTHY! I was thrilled when this CVS opened at walking distance from my house but I’d rather drive to Walgreens since not only are the bathrooms at this store are always filthy and lacking paper towel and toilet paper, the entire store is a mess. The rug throughout the store, is filthy and covered in huge stain throughout. It’s as though you don’t respect the clientele in our neighborhood."
