"This dealership had been my go to for service since I purchased my G70 but unfortunately the level of customer service has tanked recently. My appointments were great and I could text with a service advisor to setup service. Eventually I stopped getting responses to texts which wasn't a big deal. However, the last two times I've called to setup service and valet pick up no one has come to get the car. It's gotten very difficult to speak to an actual service advisor. I've left multiple messages and never got a call back. It's too bad what was a great experience went downhill so much."
