"I have had the displeasure of having a Central Bank business account for the past 10 years. I should have moved it many times over the past decade but moving bank accounts is a huge hassle, especially for a business. That said, I'll finally be making it a priority in 2024. When you have an issue with the app, with wondering why you're being charged fees, with logging in to your account from a desktop, or wonder why your deposits are taking awhile to show up, or need to call them for any other reason (and you will, many times) you'll get to wait on hold until you talk to someone out of state, maybe out of the country, who may or may not help you. I would highly suggest using Great Southern - a local branch which I have had my personal account with for over 20 years. Anytime I call them I get a local employee who handles my issues in a timely and efficient manner."
