"Do not communicate well with their customers. First, they told me that my machine would arrive within a week, then when I checked back in over a week later, the machine had not been ordered as someone didn't finish processing order. Then when I received machine 2 weeks later, no one called to see how it was going as to set up and using device. Gives the impression that all they care about is the sales; not the consumer."

"Good company people and very nice but so many different departments and somehow an order got lost. Could be Fed ex fault and it is being investigated but I never know who to call for what. Little confusing. I bounced around between phone numbers , Apria direct, supplies, so hopefully it will be found and sent to me."

My wife and I have been continually frustrated by Apria in Clinton Missouri's lack of caring, their lackadaisical service, and their almost inhumane treatment of their customers. They are rude, uncaring, and at points, cruel in their treatment of their customers. They revealed a patient's HIPAA information to the entire waiting room while screaming at them. They refused to work with us to get me the equipment I needed, and continually act as if they hate working there and detest having to help other people. I highly recommend going somewhere - anywhere - else."
