"One of the worst banks to deal with in the Springfield area. Bank employees are snobby and act as if your time is not valuable. Avoid Greg and Sabrina at all costs. If you want to make a deposit or withdrawal cash without an ATM fee, I hope you enjoy driving to one of their many inconvenient locations spread out across all of southern Missouri. Such as Aurora, Shell Knob, or Willard. Their mobile banking app is a joke that is constantly crashing, and good luck trying to use their mobile check deposit feature because IT DOESNT WORK. Do not let them fool you by advertising as a "small community oriented bank" because they screw you over just as much as the national banks do. If you want a professional and seamless experience, Commerce bank located in Downtown Willard is for you. I personally deal with Samuel, and it is a night / day difference between these 2 banks."
