"If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery men were incredibly rude and just started walking away IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION discussing the issue (them stating they couldn’t bring the package I ordered into the home even though that’s their policy). Naturally I became upset and called to talk to their boss and he was equally as rude and raised his voice at me. I firmly believe a business owner should NEVER raise their voice at a customer, even if that customer is upset. When trying to resolve the issue, he told me he didn’t have time to talk to someone like me and hung up on me. The delivery people loaded my bathroom vanity back on the truck WITHOUT my consent or signature and just drove off without another word. I hope Home Depot sends a different delivery service for my bathroom vanity, because these people were the most incompetent I have ever dealt with. You’d think a DELIVERY SERVICE would come prepared to deliver a heavy package into your home as is THEIR policy."

"I received my love seat in good order. The 2 gentleman who delivered it were the greatest delivery personnel I have ever experienced they were polite, helpful, careful and extremely great representatives of 417 Express Delivery. Their names are Tanner and Johnny."
