"The place is really nice and they have a lot of amenities for the children, however the owner is very unorthodox. When enrolling my child, she had to ask me the same questions 3 or 4 different times (how to spell my name, my phone number) very irritating. Then there is new rules or standards every week. The office was very messy, and there is a lack of communication. My child went for 3 weeks. I was very disappointed in the whole facility."

"The care is 100x better now that they have switched owners! I havent has a single problem and they dont charge a crazy amount. They finally have enough staff for all the children !"

"We have state assistance to help us pay for our children we paid for the first 2 weeks while we were waiting for State assistance to come through. On the third week we were told that because the state assistance had not came through yet that we could not bring our children back or we would have to pay the full price we can't really afford that. On the 4th week after we got the approval back on the state assistance pay for child care we took the children back I paid for 2 weeks I thought it was the 4th and 5th week however during the 5th week I was told that I was being charged for a week that my children were unable to attend there preschool learning center they are a scam and they will do whatever they want to to make you pay for something that you did not receive I have already taken one of my children out of there and as soon as there's an opening for the other child at the new place in May I will be moving them as well if I were you I would never use this place they say they are preschool learning center get my four-year-old learned nothing while he was there I moved him to the new place and in one week he is already learned more than he did in the three weeks that he was at the other place"

"The caregivers my child had were great, they had to be, to deal with the over crowding and lack of help. The child to caregiver ratios were never kept in check. I dropped my child off with 8 other children to the one caregiver at the facility. There should have been only 4 to a caregiver in that age group. We had many other issue while there, but it's too many to list here."
