"This location has problems staffing pharmacists, which forces them to not keep their posted pharmacy hours, wasting peoples time making trips to stores that are closed when they should be open. Call and check that the pharmacy is actually open before heading to pick up your prescription. They were supposed to open at 9:00 today, but when I got there it was closed, and they had no idea when it would open. After calling corporate who was very little help, I called the store back and was just told that they won't have a pharmacist until 2:00pm today."

"Couldn’t give 5 stars because I usually just use the pharmacy and they are always ghetto. I went in twice today to shop in the actual store and Jerrell was extra nice at the register. Gia was also really nice and when I asked her what aisle the Cheez its are in she actually stopped what she was doing to help me find them. I had a really quick and great experience both times!"

"I work near this Walgreens so I always stop in there to buy things at least 3-4 times a week. This particular day I went to return something on my lunch I originally bought from another store but couldn’t find my receipt. The store lead was in the process of doing the return just to give me store credit, when the manager Tonia (her last name was on the door is what she told me when asked) stopped him and told him to do the lowest sale price. She then takes over the return goes to a different computer and goes back 6 months to the lowest sale price advertised (I waited 15 minutes for her to do that). I asked her how far does she need to go back. She says a far as my computer takes me. 6 months is when she decided to stop. I did not do the return there because I had just bought the items. The manager was rude and I felt treated me as if I had stolen the shampoo. Horrible customer service from her! She then told me I have the right to refuse service to anyone. I hope Walgreens does better with employee selection. Because that one was rude and needs better management skills."
