"Locked out of account due to past due, had no notice that my automatic payments set up weren't going thru. Granted I should have caught sooner but have had a lot going on. No notice given that it was past due causing me to be locked out of account so then I couldn't even go in and take care of it. Doesn't make any sense why my auto payments stopped going thru when my card info on file was correct. Said they sent me an email but it never came thru saying my account was past due. Very hard to get thru on phone to a real person to even resolve the issues that occurred. Had this service for 6 months and had no issues up until now."

"The scheduling worked better for me and I appreciate being able to load - or have it loaded, at my own pace."

"There has to be a better way. Our initial delivery was delayed, but the worst part is you don't find out until the day before. We had arranged for help with loading, and the change caused a hassle for everyone involved. When we placed the order, we asked for the POD door to be orientated facing the garage. When the driver arrived, he said he could change the orientation from how it was (mis)loaded, but it would take 45 minutes. It was obvious he had no interest in helping, so we let it go. The endpoint delivery was three days late, and again, we were not notified until the day before. This caused another hassle with the moving company that we hired to unload the POD. The driver called in route, and from experience, I asked about the POD orientation. Once again, even though we gave specific instructions to the call center agent, the POD was set to be delivered in the middle of our three car driveway. Ugh! This may have made both garage sections unuseable. The driver was fantastic and offered to return to the POD yard and reorient the container, which we agreed to. Bottom line - if you are on a deadline or a tight schedule, this may not be the best option. $2,500 from the Florida panhandle to SW Missouri. about twice the cost as a rental truck. Also, note that you can't call the local office to get specifics about your order, and the call center does not have access to location information."

"Customer service is good, But the 2 drivers I had was both combative and very misogynistic.. Driver one would talk over my wife's direction they asked for dismissing the simple placement, not explaining why..just no. He spent a good part of a hour being petty and passive aggressive. The second driver almost hit my car and started yelling about everything he could see. The website I looked at gave a low quote to use service, it was twice as much after fees. They auto charged me, then cancelled the charge and then charged me again for payment. All in all..if your able to pay more than the service..like babysitting, male, and lot of free time from work..this place is ok"

"I decided to use PODs to move from California to Missouri. I hired professionals to load and unload. Everyone I dealt with at PODs was friendly and helpful. Everything was done on time. Cost was approximately half of a reputable moving company even after paying for load and unload. If I ever need to move again I will use them"
