"I got my shipment the other day. The driver was friendly and courteous. Yellow was a great company. The company however had told semis and trailers. The drivers semi overheated and his trailer brakes locked up. He said yellow was out of business he was going to have to leave it parked on the street beside my neighbors house. My neighbor and I called the company and they towed the truck away. I found out both the semi and trailer were built in 1990"

"They are shipping a $800 hunting blind to my farm for my youngest daughter surprise gift. no delivery time or even 4 hour window. Unprofessional you can tell by the reviews. If I’d known my package was going to be delivered by them I’d drove to North Carolina to pick it up.. I ask what happens if the driver gets the wrong house or it’s not delivered was informed we will cross that bridge when we get there.. I’m 2 hours away can’t just be there with out a schedule time or least a 4hour window in advance.. just told it’ll be there sometime today.. use fedex or ups or anyone else but them.. will never use them again.."
