"Last Thursday I got a call from FedEx Freight, scheduling my package drop-off for the next day. Although it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, that wasn't a big deal. The delivery was supposed to be between 11am and 5pm. Since I needed to be there to help take it off the truck, I worked from home on Friday. No delivery Friday. I called multiple times before their location closed. I've now called their number multiple times this morning, with no contact. I even contacted the main FedEx line, and they weren't able to reach the local branch either. I don't really mind the delay, or having to unnecessarily work from home. It's mainly the complete lack of communication."
