"I purchased rental insurance a few months ago from Liberty Mutual & wanted to add my auto. Obtained the online quote but it wouldn't allow me to purchase. Called in and realized they don't know if they are going or coming. They transferred me so many times; the call center literally closed but I was still waiting on hold. Then another occasion I tried changing the date for the auto pay, by phone but the agent didn't complete. Processed the payment a few days after the call, and it was a random day that was never agreed to. Basically 8 days after the original date that was supposed to be changed. Make sure they provide everything in writing because it's so unorganized, they will not be able to locate whatever they sent to you. Apologies can't replace the time wasted. Never noticed a few this until today so should have done more research before stepping into this mess!"

"I am getting charged early for my bill, and I am trying to figure out why and no one will answer the phones whatsoever. I have called 10 times within the last 48 hours and it has rang for 7 minutes each with no answer. I will definitely be looking else where for renters insurance because I haven’t even had the service for even a week and I’m already being charged when I’ve paid. Customer service doesn’t answer phones either, waste of time and money don’t even start it."

"I was in a wreck. Hit from behind. The adjuster (Jordan) only offered me 2k. One for lost wages and one for pain and suffering. Sent him receipts and everything he ask for. Even let him speak to my contractor regarding lost wages. Had to see chiropractor for 8 weeks. He flat out lied to me. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You get what you pay for. Nothing."

I've been a good paying customer for 2 years and all of a sudden, when my automatic payment came out as it always does instead of $65 they took out $120 something! I've been on the phone with 3 different representatives who keep shooting off numbers like well it increased by 10% here and 7% here. Sorry no, that is an actual 100% markup. It is THEFT. I have had NO wrecks, no claims, and my mother, who's policy was set up at the exact same time by the exact same person with the exact same coverage? Yeah her bill hasn't changed by a penny. This is outright THEFT because they didn't think I would do anything about it or hoped I wouldn't notice. Completely disgusting display of power."

"Walked in to this location after a doctor's appointment across the street to get a quote for new home and auto. Nobody at front desk for over 5 minutes and rang the bell. I had to call their office number to have someone page them to come up to the window. Whoever came up to the window when I asked for a new home/auto insurance quote told me to come back tomorrow because he was the new guy. Really???? Then what's the point? Trying to pretend to be open if you have no staff to do the actual quote. Why turn away an potential customer. Not everything is tomorrow that you can accomplish today. And if that's how you run business then there's no reason to try to use your agency. I can see why the poor reviews are starting to mount up against your agency."
