"I went to this shop because I wanted to support a local snowboard store and I had them wax and sharpen my board. Once I dropped off my board, I was walking around the back to look at the boards and bindings and I was in the area around ten minutes. An employee was there talking with someone, but didn't even acknowledge me. I was disappointed because I had some questions since I am thinking of buying a new board and bindings. My board was ready a week after I dropped it off but I had no way of knowing because I never received a call. After 12 days, I decided to call the shop and asked about my board. They said it was ready and I mentioned that I never received a call. They said they did call me, but I told them I have no record of it. Instead of troubleshooting to see what happened, they blew it off and said "well....anyway it's ready." They did do a good job with my board, but from these two incidents, it's apparent that my business is not wanted here. I will go back to the store in which I previously had my board serviced."
