"Coming out of Raytown, driver nearly sideswiped me because he didn't realize the his lane was closed for construction. I spiked my brakes and he sped around me. I got next to him after he continued to swerve in and out of his lane, to see him driving distracted,constantly looking down at what I assume was his phone. We made eye contact twice and he showed no remorse or care and sped off."

"We were on I-44 going East in MO when this tanker truck came flying down the on ramp at mile marker 18. We were in the left lane to allow him in, and we were passing another truck when he pulled up next to us, turned on his blinker and proceeded to cut us off. My husband layed on the horn to no avail. We had no choice but to go in the ditch or he would have taken us out. Thank God that my husband was able to safely keep the pickup upright. We hit weeds, grass and mud. The truck fish tailed, but he pulled out of it. We are certain that he saw what happened, because when we caught up,to him to take pictures, he slowed right down. We called 911 and reported him to both County and State police. This man should NOT be on the road!"

"they called me the night before and complained that because I had a walker that I needed assisted rides. I told them that I was able to put the walker into the can by myself but that I had not been doing that because I do not have a key to their trunk. They did not let me know in advance that they cancelled all my rides and it resulted in my having to pay a 75-dollar fee to one of my providers because I did not give 24 hours advance notice. I would not recommend this company. They are unprofessional and frequently screw up ride and transportation times, they are also frequently late to pick me up resulting in me being late for my appointments."

"In Columbia MO February 15 this trucker was traveling over 80mph on I70 during morning rush hour traffic he was pushing his way through traffic by getting right on everyone’s tail. He almost rear ended me. He should not own a CDL."
