"A relative of mine stop in at a location where low income people get commodities and spoke with a representative. He switched her Medicare plan knowing she was not a Medicaid participant. When he switched her under false information he provided to her, he baited her in by telling her she would get $250 in groceries a quarter. Weeks later she received a letter from Social Security saying that $35 will be deducted from her benefit each month. He’s there at this location taking advantage of the elderly by misrepresenting the plan. He knew darn well my relative did not qualify for the grocery benefit but he signed her up anyway. Now she can’t switch her plan because he falsified information. This man is saying he’s educating the people but what he’s doing is lying to the people to meet a quota. Many people that come to this place is low income, elderly, and uneducated.and making them think they are getting benefits that they don’t qualify for. Then he’s not educating them that if they receive benefits from the state they will put a lien on their property. If anyone signed up with this man at any commodity site in Kansas City Kansas you need beware. Again he’s misrepresenting"
