"My billing has been messed up almost every purchase and I have to work through multiple departments to get issues resolved. I also am getting calls saying they have important information for me and to CALL THEM! I don't want to wait in your phone queues. If you want to tell me information, call me with a real person or automated message with the actual information!"
"I started on a Tuesday trying to refill my Humira prescription, they said my current prescription had expired. Supposedly they called my doctor and left a message to get the refill. I called the Dr’s office and left message for him also to refill the same prescription. I called everyday and was told that they finally received it but it would take 25-48 hours to process. Then on a Thursday, I received a call and spoke to a rep and scheduled the prescription to arrive on Saturday. On Friday I receive a call and the rep tells me the prescription was canceled due to it being filled on the expired prescription. I called and spoke a a nice rep , but expressed his Frustrated I was that I had been working on it since Tuesday. Then I told her that I needed the medication to take on a Sunday, I was told that it would not arrive til the following Tuesday which would make it a week since I’ve been working on it. I told the rep if I didn’t have it by Saturday or Sunday, they could keep the medication and I would call the Dr. and get a new medication… I told the rep that it sounds like Accredo cannot fill prescriptions correctly. Then I spoke to a Pharmacist and she tried to assure me that it would be fine to be without it for a couple days, I explained to her that was not acceptable and that Accredo needs to figure out how they were going to get it to on the specific day that I had scheduled. I told her it was a good thing that I didn’t have a life threatening illness that needed the medication in several days…. Accredo deserves 0 STARS!!!!!!!"
"ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LEAVE A REVIEW. This so called “specialty” pharmacy is a sad joke. There has been an issue getting my meds shipped every month since switching to them “not voluntarily” 57 months ago. That’s 57 times I’ve had to spend hours on the phone with them. They have no compassion; they are a big HIPPA violator so be aware of what you’re saying and request copies of phone calls. I’ve had friends die waiting on Accredo. It’s sad they can murder and break the law repeatedly with no repercussions. STAY AWAY!!"
"Horrible pharmacy. Delayed my starter medication for weeks. I STILL don't have it. Every single time I call they don't know what the issue is. And when they seem like they "do" they "escalate" it. But nothing really happens. I did my due diligence to get my meds and yet I'm getting nothing from this Pharmacy. Too bad Cigna uses this as their specialty pharmacy. This company should really think about how much they mess with peoples health when they delay medications that a patient extremely needs??? Hmm. What a thought. Do better."
"Sad to see nothing has changed over the previous few years from the reviews before me. From a provider perspective, one of the most difficult pharmacies to work with. Wait times on hold are incredibly long for any busy provider, constant climbing of a phone tree that only leads to more lengthy wait times, and they are always preventing patients from getting their prescribed meds via asking questions of the provider and requiring a 24 hour response or else the med will be dropped for the pt. Without question, one of the worst pharmacies in the country."
