"I go to this location when necessary for amazon returns. Today, I went in to return an elliptical machine ,initially requesting pickup with a box charge of $12.99. I cancelled through amazon but Ups still arrived. I missed the pickup so I decided to take it in store myself on this same day as amazon instruction says they can charge for a box,if they have one in the needed size. I was hoping not to get the rude young lady as I've returned an amazon item here before and never forgot how rude and nasty her attitude and facial expressions were . Not thinking,I carried this heavy base and parts inside a (clear tote) before going inside to inquire about a box size. Another customer helped me carry them up to the counter and the rudeness was instant!! Without checking for a size ,she(fair skinned black young lady,bun hairstyle) said they didn't have the box size,while shaking her head NO.I expressed to her while she was looking at the parts that amazon said they could charge me for a box,she wasn't listening at all and shook her head NO throughout my entire attempt to communicate effectively with her,something she isn't capable of doing while dealing with the public ,her job! I said I missed pickup and she said "You shoulda had them pick it up" . I told her I saw Ups on my ring cam with labels & no box so I decided to come in. She said "they don't bring boxes" rudely! If they don't bring boxes for pickup then why is it being suggested to me that I use this route for a return package? I would still be charged for a box that the driver wouldn't have on hand,wouldn't he then have to go to the store with the item unboxed until they packaged it and took it from my amazon refund amount? Its the same as coming to the store to dropoff the item without a box,then being charged for one in store. I showed her the blank slip left on my door on case she needed it concerning my return before scanning my barcode(which never happened I assume due to unavailable box size )Her response was "You have something else coming" as If Im not responsible enough to know If I have a package coming from Ups,I assume she thought I was rich enough to order items and forget about them, outside of my return info/items also when I use utilize the mobile app.I do not have any package or letter coming from Ups! She then decided to check for size after checking the elliptical/parts,stating a price of &14.99 but still no available box. When she did communicate it was rude,aggressive and very disrespectful!! Speaking to an adult in the manner you would a child. She suggested that I go to home depot ,even the suggestion was rude. She seemed to just want to be done with my return situation completely and she didn't hide her disdain and the room was full of customers.Holding no level of professionslism whatsoever!! I chose the high road and ignored the nastiness but Im tired of dealing with her and her bad attitude when I go to this location!! Im curious to know why she still has active employment at this business?!?!???? She nakes the entire Ups store look and feel horrible(her energy is terrible) as others I've deslt with in the past when I've come to this location were courteous. Im dissppointed that Ups has this type of "Customer Service" in their store."
"UPS is trash and always have been. They lazy always taking days even weeks longer then expected to deliver something. Then send it to usps and it ends up taking a whole nother week to arrive I’m still waiting on an order I made 3 months ago still in shipping and ups refuses to give answers"
"Idk how so many people have had bad experiences here. Every time I've been, there, they are friendly as can be. I sell lots of things online, so I am frequently there. They are always friendly, professional, and extremely fast. The line could have 10 people, and I'd still be in and out in under five minutes. I love using them. They've never lost or misplaced any of my packages."
"I went to get 2 different forms notarized and Alexis was not knowledgeable and rude. The first form she told me I can’t get notarized because the other party already signed it. She told me to go to a bank and see if they would. She began to notarize the other 2nd form. As she did that I politely asked wasn’t the book there to protect her and record who she was signing for? Alexis said that she couldn’t and mentioned going to the bank again. I then said to see a notary right? She said yes. I said they would be notarizing the same form (in confusion on how another notary would have different authorization). She told me to see if the would because she can’t. And I said because you don’t feel comfortable? After a while I was on the phone and I said that’s book is for, to document why she notarizing. She asked what I said. I repeated myself. She then stopped filling out her notary book and asked me did I want that 2nd form notarized? We stared at each other for a while and I told her, you are already notarizing it. She then stated, “because I’m not going to argue with you. I responded that I wasn’t arguing with her I just don’t agree with what she is saying. My complaint is whether she was right or wrong about being able to sign it, I wasn’t rude to her. She tried to flex and acted as if she wasn’t going to notarize my 2nd form. I’ve worked in customer service and I’ve never refused a customer over a civil disagreement. I wasn’t loud and I didn’t hinder her from doing her job. I could have understood if I was loud and disrespectful but I wasn’t"
