"Tree fell on our home big claim! Lisa Diehl was our insurance adjuster who we met once the day she came to see the damage and to recommend one of her favorite contractors Chad Rafoth from All Service Insurance Restoration. She strongly recommend him and this being the first time we found ourselves in such hard situation and desperate for help. Little did we know what we were getting ourselves into. Chads workers damaged our home while working on the tree damage, not to mention how unprofessional and disrespectful he was to me being a woman. When we tried to discuss with Lisa she denied any ties to him and said we had contracted him and she was right but we did that per her recommendation! Luckily this conversation happened in our porch and thank god for the Ring. Small details as they’d call it when they would send a check it would get lost because they were sending to the wrong address yes they cover our home ?! Finally my husband drove 45 minutes to pick it up. Of course her and Chad have worked together before and are very familiar with each other’s systems. We found this out late. I have been leaving voicemails for Lisa for 3 weeks no call back don't know where we stand. It is very unfortunate that you pay for your insurance for years and years and when you finally need it you get treated so poorly. We have definitely learned a lot from this. But being a reviewer I felt it is important to warn others and be extremely cautious with who you let in your home and who you contract, unfortunately in the end no one wants to take responsibility."
