"maybe if they banned smoking and took care if us drivers more drivers would bring loads here and their productivity would increase. i guess customers don't realize drivers read post about good and bad customers for loading and unloading before we decide to take a load. I got here an hour before my appt. They said not a problem. Been here for two and a half hours and haven't started me yet. I've seen warehouse group come out to smoke at least 3 times now and here I sit waiting to get unloaded."
