Josh Parra has been reliable and diligent with resolving anything regarding my property/apt. Communication is a key strength from Josh and management team. They keep residents informed through clear and timely updates, creating an atmosphere of transparency. "I'll start this off by saying I love my apartment, I think it's nice and I enjoy living here. Josh is amazing and always very helpful. The new maintenance crew, however, is not very helpful. I miss our old maintenance guy Jake, he was always helpful and fixed anything I needed no matter how small. New maintenance crew was negligent about fixing a standing water issue. What could've been fixed really easy. They wiped up water around the front of the washer but refused to move it and remove the water under because the washer is "too heavy". (Two grown men, when I, 120 lbs, did it myself) They didn't think it was worth it. I had to take care of it myself. The water tray that's supposed to catch water under the washer has a hold cut in the back and doesn't even hold water. There was a ton of water trapped under that tray, and pools of water on the ground behind it, and they refused to do anything to resolve the issue. Huge pool water in the corner where the washer was sitting. I had to do it myself. I moved the washer and dryer out of the corner and cleaned up all the water. There was a LOT. (they told me "we got it all don't worry") When maintenance was done 'fixing' it, they told me everything was dry and it was fine now. I expressed my concerns to maintenance while they were there about not wanting mold growing because they wouldn't move the washer and dry around/under it and they didn't care at all. I took care of it all, and it took me 20 minutes. Maintenance could've easily fixed this issue but didn't. What are they getting paid for if they're not going to do their job and fix issues in our units. They treated me like I was clueless because I am a woman and talked to me like I have no clue what's going on which was all around just disrespectful and unprofessional. I simply voiced to them my concern about not wanting MOLD growing in my apartment and making me sick, and they completely dismissed it and told me it was fine when clearly it wasn't. We need a maintenance staff who will fix things like that BEFORE it becomes a problem, like mold for example. The new guys don't seem too much like they care. The disrespect from them was insane. I hope we can find maintenance people who care about the tenants here instead of halfassing a job and calling it done. I'm glad I have had experience with mold in the past, because if I didn't take care of it myself it would have become a much bigger problem, since maintenance refused to help or do anything about it."

"I callled for maintenance about my light fixture and Jake H came to my door. In conversation, I mentioned something minor about my sink that he didn’t have to tend to but he did both! You don’t find people who genuinely just like helping people because they understand. I appreciate Jake a lot!"
