They told us we have to move so they put our house on the market. Where are we living in it and we cooperate with them all the time we have to leave the house so they can show it to the people who want the pay it it was an convenience anyways when we left the house they start making excuses in steal our deposit those people are thieves stay away Marybeth and Leary when you’re paid the money, they will show you. You are the sweetest person on Earth. And then, when you move out, they turn into Devils."

"Will deny you if you ever had an eviction even if it’s more than 7-10 years old which I think is pretty pathetic since everyone makes mistakes. Unfortunately you can’t erase court records so if you’ve ever made bad decisions when renting don’t apply with this company they are more unforgiving then the credit bureaus and will hold your 10 yr old mistakes against you."

"Based solely on credit and salary only. I’m in sales, commission based. I make 7 times the rent by myself without including my significant other at all in the equation. They don’t take any commission into account. None of it. To them I make nothing. At all. We will simply avoid this pompous company. Plenty of homes with honest companies to choose from in this market. If you’re a home owner? Do you really want to rent it? Do you really want this idiotic practice representing you?"
