"I have never felt more at home than I do in these apartments. I feel the manager goes to Great lakes to make sure we have a safe and clean environment. I like the smaller apartment complex feel as I think people look out for one another a little more. So happy to be here!"

"I moved in May of 2023 and my apartment was dirty even though they said it was just cleaned. I had to push back the time I moved in because it was dirty. There was paint water in my bathtub that was stuck. Once it was drained 24 hours later I had to clean it. My dishwasher was also filled with dirty water and broken. I was also not supplied with burner pans for 4 days and was not informed I had to have them. I moved out in August of 2023 and still have not received my security deposit. They have now promised me twice that they have sent it but we’re not able to provide me with a tracking number or anything. I have called them 30+ times and they have not answered a single time. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied that I have not yet been given my security deposit 6 months later."

"I currently live here and by far it has been the best experience I have had . The neighbors kind and keep to themselves. The property manager is understanding to life situations and as long as you have open communications then he would work out with whatever situation you have . Overall this place has exceeded my expectations and will probably stay for a good while ."

"ROACHES!!!! I started living there in January and have had problems from the start. Fixed my own drain in my tub because the maintenance man didn't have the tools and I did. Probably should have fixed my door latch because it's still not fixed and had been broken from the beginning. I have to lock it so it stays closed! Roaches since day one and have multiple maintenance requests. Broken blinds still not fixed at the balcony doors. Walls weren't painted and still have holes repaired but not painted, carpets and kitchen was absolutely filthy. Behind the fridge had dead cockroaches that I had to tell them to clean when I moved in. The lady that quit after I moved in told me 975 was my rent and never told me that a utility charge for trash and others for $110 was separate so now I pay 1150 a month instead of 975. Zero communication from anyone and now there's more roaches than ever and now rats. There's multiple families living below and beside me and they are very dirty. Very dirty in the laundry area with 1 disgusting washer and dryer and very dark and dingy down there. So filthy."

"Moved into one of their more newly renovated units. Been constant plumbing issues. Primary issue has been a leak in the bathroom ceiling, put in multiple maintenance requests that got resolved in the system after visits when I wasn't home. Issue persisted and finally met with the gentleman who did maintenance and he said it was not leaking so there was nothing he could do. Meanwhile signs of mildew are in the softening ceiling and the issue was marked resolved again. I called the office the following week and asked about mold concern examination, she said she would look into contacting the owner and would be in touch. Multiple weeks later she has not gotten back with me. Beyond this there have been multiple other plumbing issues from hot water issues in the bathroom, and now an overflowing rusty sink. Do not move here, the infrastructure is in bad condition and things are not set to get resolved. UPDATE: After leaving the below review the landlord contacted me, said they were not aware that issues had not been resolved and said they would personally handle it. The next day there was signs of flooding from the sink, water all over the counters. When I informed the landlord they said the issue was, to their knowledge, resolved. I confirmed the sink was still and issue they said to monitor it and somebody can be out Monday if it's still a problem. At around 1AM that night I had to dump about 6 large 5 gallon buckets of foul drain water into the yard until it stopped again for now. See updated photos."
