"I called this agency to get the number for a policy on a certificate of liability given to me by a customer of this agency who hit my car. When I couldn’t find a contact number on the certificate (and the driver did not respond to my texts) I called her agency. Turns out this agency (and the driver) knowingly gave me the insurance name and number for a CANCELLED policy. When I called the number I was told the policy had been cancelled 5 months ago. I had to pay out of pocket to fix my vehicle. This is unethical and quite frankly, illegal. Stay away from this business."
