"Great workers and very nice security guard!"
"It was crowded today. If you are planning on doing an in person visit, I would reconsider. It was over an hour wait, in a booth in back, waiting for a customer service rep to call the phone at the desk where they have you wait. If it wouldn't use up all my free cell minutes, just holding on a phone call from home. I wouldn't have gone, thinking I'd get to talk to someone, in person. If that's what you're thinking; You're incorrect. You will not see anyone in person except the security guard and two people at the window, who will give you an assigned booth number to wait to talk, on the phone. :-( sure wish I had a landline right about now. Or Unlimited talk minutes!!"
"It is a nice place. Very pleasant employees. I like the new way they are doing things"
"Would give 0 if I could. I normally work with the only gentleman that’s always there and he’s great and very helpful, the last two times I had to go in here Honor was very rude and unhelpful to not only to me but the lady before me, I made sure to listen just to double check that I was not tripping , not only was she unhelpful but made me act out of character In Front off my children, I had to come back to the office 3 times in the same day due to her not knowing what she was talking about and me still having unanswered questions she refused to answer. Upon asking for a supervisor I was told their wasn’t one there in which I knew there was. So I attempted to ask another older lady Evon who was also very rude and dismissive, slamming the faculty door in my one year old son and my face. After requesting the supervisor more than 15 different times and having to yell at ms honor, the supervisor who she claimed was not there suddenly was back in the building, The sup. I spoke to was very nice and willing to answer the questions I had tried to ask honor prior, and helped me resolve the issue I had when I came two times before. I will continue to go here because they should feel uncomfortable for the way they treated me and my children not the other way around. There’s no easy way to file a complaint except a paper you fill out to fax in and I haven’t heard anything back. I hope you both read this, The DFS office is there to help people, if that’s not what you wanted to do when you got hired, you should choose a new field."
"They have helped me alot. I definitely have issues filing out paper work, I wanted to say. Thanks for the smile, & understanding that we all are the same, its just our heart just beat at a different beat. Thanks again for helping."
