I know they have a long history in Buffalo and have served the community faithfully, but I would encourage caution before working with them. I’m not saying “stay away” or “don’t do business with them.” I believe that there are many exceptional men and women that work for them. However, the company that I work for was not pleased with them at the end of the day. You will get to interact with great folks that work here. Our issues as a company did lead us to other places. "worst bank I have ever done business with, first they get rid the ability to control your own money and card, then send you to an app where you only see transactions and, they have zero support for after hours. take your money to infuze, western, or any other bank, that actually has support for both regular hours and after hours and gives you control of your own money and where you want to spend it. honestly would give zero stars."
