"I Absolutely HATE This Place!!!! I’ve been here for almost two years I’m ready to go. Maintenance is very horrible and slow. My apartment got shot up and they did absolutely nothing about it. My tub was leaking and made my downstairs ceiling have a wet spot. The office is very much unorganized. These apartments have a bug problem. The security don’t do anything but sits in his car. If I was you I would never move in. If anybody wants photos let me know."

"I had lived there for 2 years, until Feb 2020. My experience was amazing. The front office was always professional. My maintenance requests were answered within the hour, with someone from the office calling me and checking on whether the issue was fixed or not. It is a nice quiet area where I was. Very clean. There were a lot of new renovations going on so it was beautiful and upkept. My move-out process was easy to deal with as well. I'm proud to have lived there. If it wasn't for me moving to another state to get married, I'd still be there now! Sorry this review was so late. I'd give them 10/10 if i could. :) They went through staff changes but Shelby and Pat were the most recent I know and they were great!"

"I’ve been living here for only 4 months and I’ve already had enough with this place. I moved in to a townhome fixer upper. It was so many things that needed to fixed that I couldn’t keep up with because It was one thing after another. Even when maintenance came and did an “upgrade” on the townhomes inside and out there were things stolen from my house afterwards and the furniture they moved they did not put back nor did they clean up behind themselves. Not to mention a young man was just shot and killed outside my home two weeks ago. Every other week you hear shootings around the neighborhood and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. There’s a different manger every other month and the environment is just not worth the wait or the risk to have your family."
